Mall platform service agreement
Presentation clause
You are welcome to sign this "Mall Platform Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") with each Mall platform operator (see the terms of definition for details) and use the Mall Platform Service!
This Agreement is the revised version of the "Mall Service Agreement", and from the date of the release of this Agreement, the "Mall Service Agreement" in various parts of the Mall platform refers to this Agreement.
The key words listed in the preceding terms of Service are for the purpose of helping you understand the purpose expressed in the Terms of Service, and do not affect or limit the meaning or interpretation of the terms of this Agreement. In order to protect your own rights and interests, it is recommended that you read the specific expressions of each clause carefully.
[Careful Reading] You should read this Agreement carefully before agreeing to this Agreement in the registration process. Please be sure to read carefully and fully understand the contents of each clause, especially the clauses that exclude or limit liability, the application of law and the dispute resolution clause. Clauses that exclude or limit liability are highlighted in bold and should be read. If you have any questions about the agreement, you can consult the customer service of the mall platform.
[Signing Action] When you fill in the information according to the prompts on the registration page, read and agree to this Agreement and complete all registration procedures, it means that you have fully read, understand and accept the entire content of this Agreement, and reach an agreement with the mall, become the mall platform "user". In the course of reading this Agreement, if you do not agree with this Agreement or any of its terms, you should immediately stop the registration process.
I. Definition
Mall: the single name or collective name of the mall platform operator, including the mall network operator Mall Tech Limited
Mall platform services: The Mall is based on the Internet to provide you with various services in various forms including the mall platform website, client, etc. (including new service forms arising from future technological development).
Mall platform rules: including all rules, interpretations, announcements and other content that have been published and subsequently released in all mall platform rules channels, as well as various rules, implementation rules, product process descriptions, announcements and so on issued by each platform in gangs, forums, and help centers.
Scope of the Agreement
2.1 Contract subject
[Equal Subject] This Agreement is jointly concluded by you and the Mall platform operator, and this Agreement has contractual effect for both you and the Mall platform operator.
[Subject information] Mall platform operators refer to the legal subjects operating the mall platform. You can check the license information published at the bottom of the home page of each website of the Mall platform at any time to determine the mall subject performing the contract with you. Under this Agreement, the operator of the Mall platform may change according to the business adjustment of the Mall platform. After the change, the operator of the Mall Platform will jointly perform this Agreement and provide services to you. The change of the operator of the Mall platform will not affect your rights and interests under this Agreement. Mall platform operators may also be added due to the provision of new mall platform services. If you use the new Mall platform services, it is deemed that you agree that the new Mall platform operators and you jointly perform this Agreement. In the event of a dispute, you can determine the subject of your performance agreement and the other party to the dispute based on the specific services you use and the specific objects of behavior that affect your rights and interests.
2.2 Supplementary Agreement
Due to the rapid development of the Internet, the terms set forth in this agreement signed by you and the Mall cannot fully list and cover all rights and obligations between you and the Mall, and the existing agreement cannot guarantee full compliance
To develop the needs. Therefore, the legal statement and Privacy Policy of the Company and the Rules of the Company are supplementary to this Agreement and are inseparable from and have the same legal effect as this Agreement. If you use the service, you agree to the above supplementary agreement.
3. Account registration and use
3.1 User Qualifications
You confirm that before you start the registration process to use the services of the Mall Platform, you should have the civil capacity required by the laws of the People's Republic of China to suit your actions. If you do not have the aforementioned capacity for civil conduct appropriate to your behavior, you and your guardian shall bear all the consequences caused by this in accordance with the law.
In addition, you also need to ensure that you are not the subject of trade restrictions, economic sanctions or other legal and regulatory restrictions imposed by any country, region or international organization, and do not directly or indirectly provide funds, goods or services to the aforementioned objects, otherwise you shall stop using the Platform services, and, You understand that violation of the above requirements may cause you to be unable to register and use the platform services.
3.2 Account Description
[Account Acquisition] After you fill in the information according to the prompts on the registration page, read and agree to this Agreement and complete all registration procedures, you can obtain the account of the Mall platform and become a user of the Mall Platform.
The store platform allows only one store Platform account per user. If there is evidence or the mall determines that you have improperly registered or improperly used multiple Mall platform accounts according to the rules of the Mall Platform, the Mall Platform may freeze or close the account, cancel the order, refuse to provide services and other measures, such as causing losses to the Mall platform and related parties, you shall also be liable for compensation.
[Account Usage] You have the right to log in to the Mall Platform using your established or confirmed Mall member name, email address, mobile phone number (hereinafter referred to as "Account name") and the password you set (Account name and password collectively referred to as "Account").
Because your account is associated with your personal information and your business information, your account is limited to you. Without the consent of the store platform, you directly or indirectly authorize a third party to use your store platform account or obtain the information under your account. If the company determines that the use of your account may endanger the security of your account and/or the security of the information of the Company, the Company may refuse to provide the relevant services or terminate this Agreement according to the breach determination procedures and standards stipulated in the Rules of the Company.
[Account Transfer] Because the user account is associated with the user credit information, you can transfer the account only when there is a legal provision, judicial ruling or consent of the business city, and in accordance with the user account transfer process stipulated in the rules of the Mall platform. Once your account is transferred, the rights and obligations under the account are transferred. In addition, your account shall not be transferred in any way, otherwise the company has the right to pursue your liability for breach of contract, and the resulting responsibility and consequences are borne by you.

3.3 Registration Information Management
3.3.1 Authentic and legal
When using the services of the Mall Platform, you should provide your information (including your name and email address, contact phone number, contact address, etc.) accurately and completely according to the prompts on the Mall platform page, so that the Mall or other users can contact you. You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for maintaining the authenticity and validity of the information you provide.
[Legality of member name] The mall member name you set shall not violate the national laws and regulations and the relevant rules of the mall platform on the management of member names, otherwise the mall can recover your mall member name. The recovery of the member name of the Mall does not affect your login to the Mall platform and use of the Mall platform services with your email address and mobile phone number.
3.3.2 Update Maintenance
You should update the information you provide in a timely manner. If the law clearly requires the Mall as a platform service provider to verify the information of some users (such as platform sellers, etc.), the Mall will check and verify your information from time to time in accordance with the law, and you should cooperate to provide the latest, true, complete and effective information.
If the Mall fails to contact you according to the information you have provided for the last time, you fail to provide information as required by the Mall in a timely manner, the information you provide is obviously untrue, or the administrative and judicial authorities verify that the information you provide is invalid, you will bear all the losses and adverse consequences caused to yourself, others and the Mall. The Mall may send you a notice to inquire or request rectification, and require you to re-certify, until the suspension, termination of part or all of the Mall platform services for you, the Mall shall not be liable.
3.4 Account Security Specifications
【 Account Security Obligation 】 Your account is set up by you and kept by you, and the Mall will not ask you to provide your account password at any time. Therefore, it is recommended that you take care of your account and ensure that you log out at the end of each session and exit the platform in the correct steps.
Account due to your active disclosure or because you suffer attacks, fraud and other acts caused by the loss and consequences of the mall does not assume responsibility, you should through judicial, administrative and other relief channels to the infringement party to recover.
Account Actions at your own risk] Except for the fault of the Mall, you are responsible for all the results of your actions under your account (including but not limited to signing various agreements online, publishing information, purchasing goods and services and disclosing information, etc.).
Daily Maintenance Notes] If you find any unauthorized use of your account to log in to the Mall platform or other circumstances that may lead to the theft or loss of your account, we recommend that you immediately notify the Mall. You understand that it takes a reasonable amount of time for us to act on any of your requests, and that any action taken by us in response to your request may not be able to avoid or prevent the formation or expansion of the consequences of the infringement, and we shall not be liable except for any legal fault of us.
